Ms Lavin LAM is passionate about person-centred work, providing individual facilitation or through workshops, with professional knowledge and experience in behavioural health and career development, to inspire and empower others to explore values and affirm commitment of life, live a healthy body, mind and spirit, as well as pursue a meaningful life-career. Ms. LAM is also committed to serving different NGOs and participating in university guest lectures, sharing practical business experiences and facilitating students to explore values and meanings in different life domains.

Ms LAM possesses 30 years of rich multinational corporate management experience. A professional who is strategic-minded and focusing on effective execution. She is also agile with strong adaptability in different encounters and transitions in career trajectory. During her tenure in the business sector, she earned quality experience and track record in strategizing and managing an international luxury brand, formulating business development, key account management & marketing projects, contriving training courses, speeches, and developing talents.
